the facility
Our 15,000′ sq. ft. building is climate-controlled and professionally finished with a unique, polished concrete floor. A 60′ retractable door allows events to flow comfortably from inside to a spacious 6,000 sq. ft. concrete patio with beautiful views. The covered portion of the patio can be screened if desired.

The expansive patio is a highlight, with Adirondack seating for guests and two gas fireplaces for gathering. It’s an ideal space for ceremonies, mingling and photographs.
500 sq. ft. commercial food preparation space designed for the professional caterer. Includes dishwasher, ice maker, walk-in cooler, coffee maker, and abundant food prep space with warming/cooling capabilities.
Two carpeted dressing suites with seating, sinks, large mirrors, flat screen televisions and key-pad entry doors to secure personal belongings.
Multipurpose meeting room with granite countertops with large television screen and door to the patio. Great for hosting small groups. This space serves as the bar area for large weddings.

Property
The Boathouse at ‘Tween Lakes is set on 60 acres of quiet, rolling woods and grassland nestled between Clearwater Lake and Cedar Lake. A walking path meanders through the property and a private, 9-hole golf course. Wildlife is abundant!
We are located 3 miles North of Annandale and approximately 10 miles South of Clearwater/I-94. Driving time to St. Cloud is approximately 30 minutes and from the Twin Cities area approximately 1 hour.
Accommodations for event attendees spending the night can be found in Annandale, Clearwater, Buffalo and Monticello, as well as local vacation rentals. All are within an easy 15 minute drive of our facility.
