The Building
a functional and beautiful gathering space
The Boathouse offers 15,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled, professionally finished event space, with over 20′ ceilings and a unique polished concrete floor. The building is also home to a number of museum-quality, restored antique and classic wood boats. Names such as Garwood, Larson, Greavette, Dodge and Chris Craft are present.

A 60′ retractable door allows your event to flow onto an expansive patio, a portion of which can be screened if desired. Casual Adirondack seating and high tops for mingling, gas fireplaces for gathering, and beautiful views make this space perfect for entertaining or ceremonies any time of the day.

Over 500 sq. ft. of commercial preparation space was designed for any food or professional catering users and their serving goals, large or small. Adjacent spaces include a private meeting room, two carpeted dressing suites and spacious bathrooms.
OUR property
Our private facility is nestled between Clearwater Lake and Cedar Lake on over 60 acres of lakeshore, rolling woods and grasslands. Whatever the occasion, your guests will enjoy the quiet privacy and meandering the beautiful grounds and pathways of this property during your event.
