What is included in rental?
When is The Boathouse available to rent? How do I reserve a date?
Included with rental is private and full use of the facility during the determined hours of your event. Our 15,000 sq. ft. building is climate-controlled and includes a private meeting room, oversized commercial food preparation space, spacious bathrooms with adjacent dressing suites, as well as round tables and padded chairs for up to 250 of your guests.
Everyone will enjoy the sprawling patio and gas fireplaces that overlooks 60 beautiful and quiet acres of rolling woods and grassland. A newly-constructed, private, 9-hole golf course will soon be available as well.
On a yearly basis, The Boathouse at 'Tween Lakes will be available to rent from approximately May 1 - October 30. However, if you have interest in a date that falls outside this window, we are happy to discuss it!

Will I need event insurance?
How about food and drink?
We have an open catering policy and welcome you to bring food or hire the food service of your choice. Our commercial food preparation space will delight anyone who uses it! Looking for recommendations? We have a variety of preferred, local caterers and other vendors to complete your special event. Beverage service needed for events is coordinated solely by our exclusive bar service provider.
Liability insurance for any large event is wise to limit your risks. Extreme weather and other unlikely events have and could occur. We suggest you look to wedsafe.com, markeleventinsurance.com and theeventhelper.com to provide you with the coverage you need.
